I am a graduate of UC Berkeley Extension program for Interior Architecture and Design.  For the past year two years I have been working in the design industry gaining experience in a variety of different roles. I began working as the sole drafter for a residential architect in Palo Alto, producing sets of drawings in AutoCAD for submittal to the city. While in this position I frequently modeled our residential projects using Revit and produced renderings for presentation to clients. Eager to gain more interior design experience I later began work for an interior design firm in San Francisco that specializes in high-end multi-unit developments.  The company’s small size allowed me to gain significant experience in all elements of the design process in a short period of time. I concurrently worked for the affiliated construction company as assistant to the general contractor. During my time with both companies I gained experience in sourcing, ordering, takeoffs, bidding, interior design, outdoor living design, website design and marketing.  I have my since found my niche in the residential design world  working on both remodels and new construction. I have gained extensive experience meeting with clients, developing project programs, budgets, and schematic drawings. I have created countless client presentations using valuable tool such as Google Sketchup to communicate design concepts in 3D. Throughout the my design career I have worked closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and fabricators to find feasible design solutions that work for our clients' lifestyle and budget.  I would love to find a roll that allowed me to expand my experience into small hospitality design projects or other boutique commercial spaces. 

I have a sincere, tremendous passion for the interior design and architecture industry and an eagerness to continue to learn and excel. My design philosophy stems from my belief that a space should be an organic extension of its inhabitants and that a building, its surroundings, and its occupants should be a unified, interrelated and harmonious composition.
